What you can and cannot upload and create with Angry Dance Filter

2026/10/27

Angry Dance Filter is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by CapCut, TikTok, ByteDance, or the creators of the template videos it references.

Angry Dance Filter is made for fun: you upload a photo, pick a template, and get a short video of the person in it throwing an angry dance. It is not for sexual content, for using someone's photo without their permission, for bullying, or for fooling people with fake footage. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every photo, uploaded file, generated video, account, and API request.

1. Content You May Not Create, Upload, or Share

Sexual content. No nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, fetish content, or pornography of any kind — in the photos you upload or in the videos you create.

Anything sexual or exploitative involving minors. No sexual or suggestive content involving minors, and no exploitative material of any kind. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

Harassment, bullying, and hate. No videos made to mock, humiliate, intimidate, or bully a person; no content that targets people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or another protected characteristic; no glorification of violence, terrorism, or extremism; and no content that promotes self-harm or suicide.

Deception. No generated video presented as real footage in a way that could mislead people, no impersonation of a person, brand, or organisation, and no fraud, scams, or fake endorsements.

Illegal content and other people's rights. No content that breaks the law or helps someone else break it, and no uploads that infringe someone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights — for example, a photo, artwork, or character image you have no right to use.

2. Photos of Real People

The Service animates the person in your photo, so the people in those photos get extra protection:

  • Upload a photo of a person only if it is you, or you have that person's permission to turn their photo into a video.
  • If the photo shows a child, you must be the child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission.
  • Even with permission, don't create videos that sexualise, degrade, or harass the person shown, or that could damage their reputation.
  • When you share a video, don't present it as a real recording, and follow the AI-content labelling rules of the platform you post it on.
  • Don't upload photos taken of someone without their knowledge, photos of identity documents, or images that reveal someone's private information.

3. Templates and Their Creators

The motion templates are based on public template previews by CapCut creators, and those creators keep the rights to their work. Don't claim a template's choreography or preview video as your own, don't download and re-post the template previews from this site as your own content, and read Section 5 of our Terms of Service before using a video commercially.

4. Account and Platform Abuse

  • Don't try to bypass or weaken moderation, rate limits, or access controls — including by re-uploading a rejected photo with small changes until it gets through.
  • Don't create multiple accounts to get around limits, moderation, or a suspension, and don't share one account among several people.
  • Don't access the Service with bots, scrapers, or automation, other than through an API key issued to your own account and within its rate limits.
  • Don't resell, rent, or share access to the Service, your account, your API key, or your credits, and don't present the Service as your own product.
  • Don't reverse engineer the Service, probe or overload its infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
  • Don't use a payment method that isn't yours, and don't open payment disputes for purchases you have used.

5. How We Enforce This Policy

Every uploaded photo and motion clip is checked automatically before a video is generated, and every finished video is checked again before it is delivered. We also review accounts by hand when a problem is reported or detected. Depending on what happened and how often, we may:

  1. reject an upload or refuse to generate a video;
  2. remove a video or an uploaded file;
  3. issue a warning;
  4. freeze credits or suspend the account while we investigate;
  5. terminate the account permanently.

An account closed for violations loses access to its stored videos and remaining credits and is not eligible for a refund. Anything involving minors, fraud, and repeated attempts to create prohibited content lead directly to termination. Where the law requires or permits, we preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement.

6. Reporting

If you see content or account activity that breaks this policy, if your photo or likeness has been used without your permission, or if you created a template we reference and want it changed or removed, email support@angrydance.video. Include a link or description and, for likeness or copyright claims, enough information for us to confirm that you are the person or the rights holder. We review every report.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service, the law, or the ways people try to misuse AI change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
