Terms of Service

The agreement that governs your use of Angry Dance Filter at angrydance.video

2026/10/27

Angry Dance Filter is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by CapCut, TikTok, ByteDance, or the creators of the template videos it references. Product and company names are used only to identify the trend and the templates.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of angrydance.video ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the website, the video generator, and every related feature (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, buying credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Does

The Service's main tool turns a photo into a short dance video. You upload a photo, pick a motion template, and a third-party AI video model moves the person in your photo through the template's choreography. Each video costs credits, and the cost is shown before you generate.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, and you may use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • You can sign in with a Google or GitHub account, or with an email address and password. Keep your credentials private: everything done through your account is your responsibility until you tell us it has been compromised.
  • Keep your account details accurate. One person, one account — don't create extra accounts to get around limits, moderation, or a suspension.
  • If you use the Service for a company or a client, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payment

  • There are no free credits. We don't give sign-up bonuses or daily check-in rewards; credits come from the credit packs and plans you buy.
  • You can buy one-time credit packs or a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Prices, currency, and the credits included are shown before you pay. Promotion codes, when offered, are applied at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Subscription credits are added each time a subscription payment succeeds and expire at the end of the billing period they were added for. On a yearly plan, the full year's credits are added up front and expire at the end of that year. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
  • Credits from one-time credit packs do not expire.
  • The credit cost of a video depends on its settings, such as length and resolution, and may change when model pricing changes. The cost shown before you generate is the cost you pay.
  • If a video fails, is cancelled, or does not pass our final content check, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. Uploads rejected by our checks before generation are not charged.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Refunds of money are governed by our Refund Policy. Beyond what that policy provides or the law requires, purchases are final.
  • Credits are personal to your account. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, except as our Refund Policy provides.

4. Your Photos and Your Videos

"Inputs" are the photos and any other material you upload. "Outputs" are the videos the Service generates for you.

  • You keep whatever rights you have in your Inputs. You are responsible for them, and you confirm that you have every right and permission needed to upload them and have them processed — including the permission of every person shown, and for a child, the permission of their parent or legal guardian.
  • We claim no ownership of your Outputs. Subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the rights of others described in Section 5, you may download, keep, and share your Outputs.
  • You give us a limited licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide the Service to you, keep it secure, investigate abuse, and comply with the law. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.
  • AI video is imperfect. Faces, hands, clothing, and backgrounds can come out distorted or different from your photo, and the same photo can give a different result each time. A result you don't like is not a failed video.
  • Outputs stay in your account for a reasonable time, but we do not promise permanent storage. Download anything you want to keep.

5. Motion Templates and Other People's Work

  • The motion templates are based on public template previews that their creators published on CapCut. Each template on the site credits its creator and links to the original.
  • The original template videos — including their choreography and any characters, music, or trademarks in them — belong to their creators and other rights holders. We do not claim ownership of them, and these Terms do not give you any rights in them.
  • The AI uses a template only as a movement reference: your Output shows the person in your photo performing the moves. If you want to use an Output commercially — for example in an advertisement, a sponsored post, or merchandise — it is your responsibility to make sure you have the rights you need.
  • If you created a template we reference, or hold rights in it, and want it credited differently or removed, email support@angrydance.video. We will review your request promptly.

6. Content Rules

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. In short, you may not use the Service to create, upload, or share:

  • nudity, or sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind;
  • any sexual or exploitative content involving minors;
  • a photo of a real person you have no right to use, or a video that humiliates, harasses, or misrepresents the person shown;
  • content meant to deceive, such as a generated video passed off as real footage, fraud, or impersonation;
  • content that harasses, threatens, or promotes hatred, violence, or self-harm;
  • anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, or that breaks the law.

We check uploads and finished videos automatically, and we review accounts by hand when a problem is reported or detected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Do not:

  • try to bypass or weaken moderation, rate limits, or access controls;
  • access the Service with bots, scrapers, or scripts, other than through an API key issued to your own account;
  • share, rent, resell, or sublicense your account, API key, or credits, or offer the Service to others as if it were your own;
  • reverse engineer, copy, or build a competing service from the Service or its content;
  • overload, disrupt, or probe the Service or its infrastructure;
  • open a payment dispute without first contacting us about the problem.

8. API Access

If you create an API key in your account settings, the key is tied to your account and your credits. Keep it secret: you are responsible for every request made with it. API use is subject to rate limits and to these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We may refuse an upload, block or delete an Output, freeze credits, suspend or terminate an account, or cancel a subscription when we reasonably believe there is a safety, legal, fraud, or policy risk. Accounts closed for breaking these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy lose access to stored Outputs and remaining credits, and are not eligible for a refund. We may preserve information and share it with law enforcement where the law requires or permits it.

10. Third-Party Models and Availability

Videos are generated by third-party AI models that we reach through infrastructure partners such as KIE. Which models and templates are available, how fast they run, the quality of their results, and how they moderate content can change at any time and are partly outside our control. We do not promise that any particular model, template, resolution, or video length will remain available, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes.

11. Our Content

The Service itself — its design, code, text, and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use it except as needed to use the Service. CapCut, TikTok, and other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only for identification.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Outputs will be accurate, look like your photo, or be suitable for any purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

14. Your Responsibility for Claims

You will defend and compensate us against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your Outputs, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — for example, a claim by a person whose photo you used without permission, or by a rights holder whose work you used commercially without a licence.

15. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Settings → Security. Deleting your account immediately cancels any active subscription, deletes your generation history, and forfeits any remaining credits. The rest of the current billing period and those credits are not refunded automatically, so if a purchase qualifies under our Refund Policy, request the refund before you delete your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to stored files. We may suspend or terminate access as described in Section 9. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4, 5, 9, and 11 to 17 — continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, the models we use, or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. We will announce material changes on the Service or by email before they take effect. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Disputes and Contact

If you have a problem with the Service, email us first at support@angrydance.video — most issues can be sorted out quickly that way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is governed by the laws of the place where the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
